We also host a monthly Spin-In and Weaving Group on the FOURTH SUNDAY of the month from 1 pm - 5 pm. Currently, this group is meeting via Zoom as well. Meeting ID:821 7622 1487  Password: 568567

The next few Spin-In/Weaving groups dates are: Feb 28th, March 28th, April 25th, and May 23rd.

We normally have a fairly full class/workshop schedule. But again, due to physical space limitations and the current COVID protocols, we have canceled all in-person classes until further notice.

The workshops and groups listed here will be held VIRTUALLY.

If registration is required, call or visit the shop to register. We can take payment information over the phone or send you a Paypal invoice via e-mail. Because these are VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS there will be no refunds for missed classes.

  • Tues. Feb 9th, 6:30 pm. $25 - Needle Felted Snow People. No experience required. Learn how to use roving and wool to "sculpt" 3D objects, like these adorable snowmen or snowwomen. Class size is limited. Registration required. Fee includes materials. Materials need picked up prior to class. THIS IS A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP; we use Zoom. A workshop link will be e-mailed the morning of, or the day before, the workshop; it is the registrant's responsibility to check their e-mail and join us.
  • Wednesdays, Feb 17th through March 10th, 6:30 pm. $25 - Knit Your First Shawl. (Beginner, must know how to cast on and knit.) If you can knit, and are ready to try making something that is not a square, or you have never made a triangular shawl, this workshop is for you. We'll use Tin Can Knit's Grain pattern to make a basic, but classic, garter stitch (knit every row) shawl. Each participant is responsible for downloading their own copy of the pattern, (found here) and having their materials ready for the first session. If you're not sure how to do that, we are open for in-store shopping; stop in during regular hours and we can help. Class size is limited. Registration required. THIS IS A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP; we use Zoom. A workshop link will be e-mailed the morning of, or the day before, the first session. It is each registrant's responsibility to check their e-mail and join us.
