July's Yarn of the Month

Posted by Lisa Krack on

It's July! Once again, I'm shocked at how fast time flies. New month means new yarn to feature.

This month's Yarn of the Month is Saucon Sock by Kraemer Yarns in Nazareth PA. This is a great fingering/sock weight cotton/nylon/acrylic yarn. The blend makes it machine washable and dryable! It's great for baby garments, lighter socks, summer tops, wraps, housewares (it makes great dishcloths) and accessories.

The colors are tweedy, some more so than others, and vibrant. Stop in and see them for yourself!

This is a versatile yarn - especially for around here, where it could be 70 one day, 95 the next and the storm patterns are unpredictable. It's also a delight to work with, and despite the word sock in it's name, should really be considered for any of your fine/fingering weight yarn summer projects.

It's 20% off during July. If shopping online, use code YOMJuly21 to receive the discount.
